Returns and Refunds:
UAE Customers:
- You have a 7-day return policy, if the product is in good original packing condition. If there is a defect in the product, it should be reported to us within the next working day upon receiving the product.
- Once the product is shipped and installation is completed, returns or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- If any manufacturing defects are detected, the product will either be repaired free of cost or replaced as a final measure.
- Refunds for eligible returns will be initiated within 1-2 working days after the return is approved.
- The refunded amount credited back to the customer will be based on the policies of their respective card issuing bank.
- The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account is subject to the processing times of their card issuing bank.
Other GCC Regions:
- Once the product is shipped, returns or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- If any defects are found in the product at the time of delivery, the customer should report it to us within the next working day.
- If any manufacturing defects are detected during the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of cost.
Change of Mind:
Products are not eligible for return in case of a "Change of mind" after delivery and installation.
