  • For orders in KSA, delivery times range between  6 to 10 working days.

  • Free delivery and installation are included for locations within a city radius of 100 KM of Riyadh, Damam, Jeddah, Al Khobar, Medina, Mecca, AL Qatif, Dhahran, Al Jubail, Al-Kharj, Saihat, Al-Ahsa, Tabuk, Al Qassim, Abha, AlJowf .

  • Oman Delivery:
  • For orders in Oman, deliverytimes range between 3 to 4 working days after dispatching the order.

  • All pricing for our products in Oman is comprehensive and inclusive of delivery, VAT and customs duties. This ensures a seamless and transparent purchasing experience, with no hidden costsor additional charges upon delivery.

  • Installation services are available for an additional fee, which varies based on your region.

  • Returns and Refunds:

  • You have a 7-day return policy, if the product is in good original packing condition. If there is a defect in the product, it should be reported to us within the next working day upon receiving the product.

  • Once the product is shipped and installation is completed, returns or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • If any manufacturing defects are detected, the product will either be repaired free of cost or replaced as a final measure.

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be initiated within 1-2 working days after the return is approved.

  • The refunded amount credited back to the customer will be based on the policies of their respective card issuing bank.

  • The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account is subject to the processing times of their card issuing bank.

  • Other GCC Regions:
  • Once the product is shipped, returns or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • If any defects are found in the product at the time of delivery, the customer should report it to us within the next working day.

  • If any manufacturing defects are detected during the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of cost.

Change of Mind:

Products are not eligible for return in case of a "Change of mind" after delivery and installation.
