Note: Lower range models are provided with a 1-year warranty.

During the warranty period, all components of the massage chair are covered, except for the leather. Should you encounter any issues with your massage chair within the warranty period, our team will provide prompt assistance and repairs at no additional cost.

After the warranty period expires, we continue to offer service and support to our customers, But with an additional charge.

• Foot Massagers: 1 Year

• Massage Table: No Warranty

• Massage Bed: 1 Year

• Eye Massager: 6 Months* (On selected models)

• Back Massager: 6 Months

• Neck Massager: 6 Months

• Recovery Tool: 1 Year* (On selected models)

Other GCC Region

For customers outside the United Arab Emirates, the warranty terms may differ. Generally:

Accessories: Up to 6 Months* (Varies by brand and model, and for some, warranty may not be applicable)
