Are JetBoots Prime completely wireless?
Yes. The compression pump and battery are integrated into the boots, so an external compressor does not need to remain connected during treatment. A cable is only required for charging.
How much pressure do JetBoots Prime provide?
Four pressure levels are available at approximately 25, 50, 75 and 100 mmHg, allowing you to select the compression strength that suits your routine.
How long can a JetBoots Prime session be?

UAE Delivery:
- If you place an order today in the UAE, expect your product to be delivered within 1-3 working days.

- For orders in KSA, delivery times range between 6 to 10 working days.

Returns and Refunds:
UAE Customers:
- You have a 7-day return policy, if the product is in good original packing condition. If there is a defect in the product, it should be reported to us within the next working day upon receiving the product.
- Once the product is shipped and installation is completed, returns or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- If any manufacturing defects are detected, the product will either be repaired free of cost or replaced as a final measure.
- Refunds for eligible returns will be initiated within 1-2 working days after the return is approved.
- The refunded amount credited back to the customer will be based on the policies of their respective card issuing bank.
- The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account is subject to the processing times of their card issuing bank.
