How should the ThermBack LED be cleaned?
The wrap should be spot cleaned only. Do not machine wash, immerse it in water or clean it under running water. Make sure the device is powered off and fully dry before reuse.

- You have a 7-day return policy, if the product is in good original packing condition. If there is a defect in the product, it should be reported to us within the next working day upon receiving the product.

- If any manufacturing defects are detected, the product will either be repaired free of cost or replaced as a final measure.
